If you need to go abroad/to your country after completing your residence permit application, you should consider the following points depending on the approval status of your residence permit:
- If Your Residence Permit Application Is Approved;
You can obtain a departure letter from the relevant unit by visiting the Provincial Directorate of Migration Management.
- If Your Residence Permit Application Has Not Been Approved Yet;
You will be responsible for paying penalty due to residence permit violation at the airport and follow up the visa requirements of the country you are coming from during your return to Turkey.
